We apologize for the recent network outage. Due to a DNS malfunction, the website and terminal server was not accessible from www.myproclose.com or server.myproclose.com from 2pm on January 13th until 4pm on January 14th. The problem has been resolved and the software updated to further resolve future issues.

Fortunately this has been our only non-scheduled downtime in over 2 years of service.
